Este pay es el postre oficial de la ciudad, y ha mantenido ese nombramiento desde 1996. El pay (que mas bien parece un pastel) fue creado por un chef franc\u00e9s quien trabajaba el el destacado Parker House Hotel (tambi\u00e9n conocido por sus bolillos por el nombre \u00abParker House Rolls\u00bb), y tiene chocolate, crema chantilly, y dos capas de pastel amarillo.<\/p>\n<p>Pero el Boston Cream Pie no es el \u00fanico postre que tiene fama en esta ciudad.
