Jer\u00f3nimo<\/h2>\n

El chef peruano Moma Adrianz\u00e9n trabajaba en cocinas alrededor del mundo antes de volver a Lima para abrir Jer\u00f3nimo<\/a> en el vecindario de Miraflores en el 2016. El men\u00fa refleja las influencias internacionales y pretende unir los conceptos de bistro, bar de tapas, y bar de tacos (se hacen las tortillas a mano). Agrega las ensaladas, las carnes preparadas en un horno Josper (una combinaci\u00f3n asado-horno que usan todos los chefs de renombre) y los mix\u00f3logos innovadores, y este lugar tiene algo para todos. Te recomendamos que pides una reservaci\u00f3n con anticipaci\u00f3n, ya que es un lugar sumamente popular.<\/p>\n

Si eres carn\u00edvoro, debes buscar una mesa en Osso Carnicer\u00eda<\/a>, ubicado en el vecindario de San Isidro. All\u00ed, el carnicero y chef Renzo Garibaldi practica su pasi\u00f3n por las carnes crudas, sobre-envejecidas, y cocidas. El bistec crudo, los cortes ex\u00f3ticos, y hamburguesas… todos se encuentran en el men\u00fa, tambi\u00e9n hay una carta de vinos y un bar.<\/p>\n

Felix Brasserie<\/h2>\n

El chef peruano Rafael Osterling<\/a> se hizo su nombre con restaurantes de alta cocina en Lima y en Bogot\u00e1. Se abri\u00f3 el Felix Brasserie<\/a> (nombrado por su hijo) en Lima en 2016. Ubicado en el vecindario de San Isidro, es un lugar casual, al estilo bistro franc\u00e9s. Pero la comida \u2014 pasta hecho a mano, bistec, pato, y un croque monsieur \u2014 tiene el pulido de Rafael.<\/p>\n

El Chef Andr\u00e9 Patsias abri\u00f3 su primer restaurante en 2018, despu\u00e9s de haber trabajado en cocinas de alta reputaci\u00f3n alrededor del mundo (entre ellos, Central, 11 Madison, y Noma). Statera<\/a>, ubicado en el vecindario de Miraflores, es un espacio moderno donde la meta es combinar los ingredientes peruanos en una forma innovadora. \u201c\u00bfQue pasar\u00e1 si traes un pulo a los \u00c1ndes?\u201d pregunta el chef. \u201cTengo una nueva visi\u00f3n de lo que es Per\u00fa.\u201d Platos ambiciosos demuestran esa nueva visi\u00f3n en una forma sumamente deliciosa.<\/p>\n
