Marriott Bonvoy Insiders’ Favorite Elite Breakfasts Start Your Day with a Smile

Craving an exquisite breakfast? The Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program enables members with Platinum Elite, Titanium Elite and Ambassador Elite status to receive complimentary breakfast at select hotels. This tasty benefit is offered either as a welcome amenity, a food and beverage credit, or when one is present in the executive lounge.

Of course, some breakfasts rise to the top of the crop, and our Marriott Bonvoy Insiders have ranked these four hotels’ Elite breakfast offerings as favorites.

As always, check for travel restrictions and closures before planning your trip.

The St. Regis New York

Breakfast at The St. Regis New York takes place in Astor Court, an elegant, open-style lounge. Flanked by grand marble pillars, the central dining area features a ceiling fresco, frescoes on the upper walls, and crystal chandeliers. From wherever you sit, you can see the stunning Maxfield Parrish mural behind the luminous King Cole Bar.

Platinum Elites and above can choose breakfast from the Elite breakfast menu in Astor Court as their welcome amenity or utilize a food and beverage credit in Astor Court to select menu items in lieu of those on the Elite breakfast menu. Full of classics with luxurious twists, the regular menu includes the decadent St. Regis Eggs Benedict with caviar, Canadian bacon and Champagne hollandaise.

The St. Regis Venice

Breakfast at The St. Regis Venice is served in the smart-casual Gio’s Restaurant, where a sweeping garden terrace faces the Grand Canal and warm hospitality is a hallmark. Offerings include breakfast breads and pastries made fresh each morning and a selection of charcuterie, cheeses, cereals and seasonal fruit.

Using local ingredients, the chef’s menu blends elements of traditional Venetian and Italian cuisine; the signature dish is Bruschetta all’avocado e uova in camicia (poached eggs on avocado toast). Choosing breakfast here as the Elite welcome amenity is not only an elegant experience, but also makes good financial sense: It’s ordinarily 49 euros per person.

The Westin Paris — Vendome

Elites can opt for breakfast in the executive lounge at The Westin Paris – Vendôme, but choosing it as a welcome amenity invites an extra dose of savoir-faire. Set opposite the Tuileries Garden, the hotel’s glamorous Le First restaurant offers a late breakfast each day from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.; in the summer months, breakfast is offered on its graceful, Belle Epoque Summer Terrace.

The sprawling daily buffet includes scrambled eggs, sausages, ratatouille, crepes, cheeses, French pastries and breads, and a variety of yogurts, milks and juices. A la carte offerings from the health-focused Eat Well Menu include an egg white omelette, fresh-made smoothies and a blueberry granola pancake.

JW Marriott Anaheim

The art-filled JW Marriott, Anaheim Resort is a 15-minute stroll from Disneyland and next door to the Anaheim GardenWalk. Elite breakfast is complimentary for Platinum Elites and above seven days a week in the airy, modern Tocca Ferro restaurant.

Weekdays feature a continental buffet with fresh fruit, cereals, yogurts and more, as well as an a la carte menu that includes cage-free egg dishes and brioche French toast. Take your time strolling the buffet, where you can fill up on made-to-order omelets and waffles and a bakery windfall that includes cinnamon rolls, monkey bread, assorted mini pastries and a party’s worth of fun dessert offerings.

On especially busy weekends, a balloon artist and face painter entertain already-Disney-antsy kids as they wait to be seated with their families.
